Festivals:
- Old fashion syrup cooking, music, lunch,original 1800 village for viewing,
  many old farm tools, made in Hancock vendors- Saturday before Thanksgiving. Begins
  9:00 AM
- December 1st - Grande Illumination, Holly Homes historical tour 5 homes and 2 churches
  dressed in Christmas finery and a parade........Tour of homes starts at 9:00 - 5:00, parade
  starts at 10:00, Grande Illumination lighting at 6:00PM. All homes are within the city limits.
  Donation for tour $15.00, day of tour information available at the Sparta Presbyterian Church
  or contact the Chamber at 706-444-9664 ( Grand Illumination lighting and entertainment
  begins at 6:00 PM)
- Dance Club (learn all of your favorites); Friday evening family entertainment 6:00 - 9:00 PM with music, dancers and a different show each week. The Chamber can fill you in on the details. 706-444-9664
